Trump's campaign released a statement shortly after prosecutors announced the decision, saying Lewandowski was "gratified" by the decision to drop the misdemeanor charge.
His Connecticut counterpart, George Jepsen, called the court's decision "deeply gratifying".
In a statement, Judge Keller said she was "gratified" by the decision.
"We're extremely gratified by the decision," Mr. Fonkenell's lawyer, David Nachman, said.
Debra Resnick, a lawyer for the Brittany Club of America, said she was gratified by the decision.
Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo, whose office is defending the Senate in the case, said he was gratified by the decision.
A lawyer, Vivian Shevitz, who is representing both men on appeal, said she was "very gratified" by the decision.
"We're very gratified by the decision and we look forward to a new trial," said Frederick P. Hafetz, a lawyer for Ms. Monrad.
Andrew P. Pugno, general counsel for ProtectMarriage.com, the leading group behind last year's initiative, said he and his allies were "very gratified" by the decision.
Bruce E. Clark, a lawyer for Allstate, said the company was "gratified" by the decision, but he declined to comment further until he had reviewed the ruling.
