In this case, the model is constructed using the well known Matlab/Simulink™ software package, so providing an integrated approach for data processing, graphical presentation of data, control system design and macroscopic simulation in one straightforward to use, widely available environment.

We implemented a real-time, graphical user interface that controls data acquisition, data processing, motion compensation, and image visualization based on a multi-threaded CPU-GPU hybrid programming architecture.
OK provided the data processing and analysis, created the graphical plots of the calculated spectra, and worked on the manuscript.
