Piñeiro et al. (2016) optimised and validated ultrasound-assisted extraction for rapid extraction of stilbenes from grape canes.
By this method, stilbenes in grape canes was extracted 10 min only using extraction temperature of 75 °C and ethanol (60%) as the extraction solvent.
