Smucker's fruit is in Dannon's yogurts and Kellogg's Pop-Tarts and Nutri-Grain cereal bars.
In addition, the company increasingly relies on snacks and convenience foods, such as Eggo waffles, Nutri-Grain cereal bars and Pop-Tarts, to bulk up its bottom line.
The healthy carbohydrates will also give you energy, making whole-grain cereal bars a great choice for an energy-boost before, during and after a run.
