Some degree of discordance between the two cytograding methods was observed in all the grades with the majority of the discordant cases observed in grade II tumors which is in agreement with the study by Das et al. [ 3].
In the US study, children were recruited from the 4th, 7th, and 10th grades with the majority of participants at baseline aged 7 9 years, then followed until high school graduation, which may have limited the length of follow-up in the older groups [ 17].
In control mice (P+X) tumors of all grades were found with the majority of tumors being high-grade gliomas (grade III IV, Figure 4A and 5).
Furthermore, the combined expression of P- and E-cadherin was significantly associated with the histological grade of the tumours, with the majority (90%) of grade II and III carcinomas exhibiting a P+/E+ or P+/E− immunophenotype.
Interestingly, excluding one sequence, all p53 REs from this list obtained a grade greater than one with the majority being of grade 5, confirming that our tool can discriminate functional and well-known REs (Fig. 3a).
The biology of the various CIN grades vary, however, with the majority of CIN 1 lesions regressing without treatment (Nasiell et al, 1986; Montz et al, 1992; Flannelly et al, 1994), while CIN 2 and 3 lesions have a higher risk of persisting or progressing to invasive cancer.
All tumors were adenocarcinoma with a high histological grade in the majority of cases.
Only Panera and Chipotle earned the top A grade, with a majority of companies clustered in the B and C range.
The overall distribution of invasive cancer grades was 39.9% grade 1, 39% grade 2 and 21.1% grade 3. The majority of invasive cancers were of relatively small size with 37.8% ⩽10 mm in maximum dimension and 83.4% ⩽20 mm.
There was no difference in the occurrence of highest grade AEs of grade 4 or 5 between the two age groups, with the majority of grade 5 AEs occurring in treatment-naïve patients regardless of age (aged <70: n=51; aged ⩾70: n=13).
