How can a minority govern a majority?
For every rule governing its use, a situation will arise where the rule may not apply.
The winner will enter a possibly unstable governing situation: an elected vice president alongside a beleaguered President Luis Gonzalez Macchi, whose popularity has plummeted since he was thrust into his post -- without benefit of elections -- amid the chaos following Mr. Argana's slaying.
When you are a young woman, and you believe in your own worth and personhood and agency, it can be hard, despite the clichés that govern this situation, to understand that an older man who takes an interest in you does not necessarily share these beliefs.
