He needs to start out at the low end, maybe stocking shelves at a grocery store, delivering food on a bike, washing dishes or maybe he can get a peanut cart and sell those delicious candy-coated cashews.
If you get a peanut butter Vaseline mix in your brush, you will have another thing to clean.
"You can still get a peanut-butter-and-avocado tofu burger," says Paul Soglin, former mayor for 14 years and antiwar demonstrator, who now works at Epic Systems, a medical records software company.
"Everybody got a jar of peanut butter".
"I got a lot of peanut butter on my sleeves," he says.
"I tell him when we go to get food, 'Take a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, take a hot dog,' but he says no". Recovery workers, from volunteers to firefighters, National Park Service workers and thousands of National Guard members, helped clean up in Queens and the city's Staten Island borough, also badly damaged, clearing mounds of garbage, sand and debris.
"We got a lot of peanuts thrown at us at the stadium," he said.
There aren't many places you can get a grilled peanut butter-and-jelly sandwich and a decent espresso, except at Code 10, where the owner, Alex Pinck, pulls together great local items and drops them on square metal trays lined with sandwich paper.
"That was a mother on the phone asking me how you get a smashed peanut butter and jelly sandwich out of the video slot on a VCR".
