Using 1-min measurements we obtained good quality structure factors at various temperatures in the liquid and supercooled state of CaAl2O4.
For a thickness of 7.5 nm and a Bi content of 7%, we observe perfect agreement of the experimental rocking curve with the simulated one, further highlighting that the as-grown QW structure exhibits good quality structural properties.
