Behaviour change techniques included specific goal-setting, review of behavioural goals, self-monitoring of behaviour, and feedback on performance.
Because glucose levels were uploaded at each televisit, we could not distinguish between the effects of goal-setting, review of uploads, and other aspects of the intervention.
