Therefore, the unusual features of the strain M18 against various fungal phytopathogens and bacteria prompted us to sequence the complete genome of this strain to ascertain more about the genomic structures, with specific reference to this expression pattern at different temperatures through analysis of microarray-based transcriptome profiles.
