"generic diversity" is a valid phrase and can be used in written English.
It refers to the variety and diversity found within a certain category or group, particularly in terms of characteristics or features. Example: The company prides itself on its commitment to promoting gender and racial equality, as well as achieving diversity in all aspects of their workforce, including age, nationality, and professional background. This commitment to generic diversity has helped create a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
