Newbler (454-Roche), ABySS29 and minimus2 (ref. 30) were used as the main assembly programs to generate the draft genome, and FGENESH++ (SoftBerry), GENSCAN, BLAST (see URLs) and Blast2GO12 were used to predict and annotate gene models.
We generate the draft model as discussed above.
SH and QL generated the draft algorithm statements based on a systematic review of the literature.
