Comparing the Nsp: tPA −/− mice with each single-deficient strain revealed that the double-deficient mice phenocopied tPA −/− mice (onset, P = 0.47; generalization P = 0.49) and were largely protected from seizure progression to generalized seizures (Fig. 1A and B).
