Success of integrated health systems is felt to depend on a strategic focus on quality improvement by systematically examining data at different levels and mapping clinical processes to identify gaps, causes of variation and to test improvement [ 13, 18, 24, 28, 35, 36, 39].
The study has been focused on defining the prototype implementation process, validating the theoretical results and analyzing the influence of frequency deviation with respect to the resonant frequency and the effect of gap variation and misalignment in the behaviour of the system.
Because the gap size between combdrive fingers and ground plane or movable finger and fixed finger, plays a very important role for levitation, a study of the effect of gap size variation is indispensable.
An investigation is performed to understand the gap between zero rate of variation and arbitrary fast rate of variation for the selected scheduling variable.
Subsequently, we used RNA-SeQC hosted by Genepattern to calculate the strand-specificity, exonic rate, intronic rate, intergenic rate, gap rate, and coefficient of variation of the top 1000, 2000, and 4000 expressed genes for each set of aligned reads [ 67, 102].
To palliate this gap, a variation of HMM has been proposed as an unsupervised hierarchical model enabling correlations between gene expression patterns and clusters of combinatorial chromatin marks [ 9].
In the case of gap frequency, variation is less pronounced, i.e., less than fourfold for all but three of the 38 species; in fact, gap frequency ranged from 17 to 23 per Mb for over half of the species, near the overall median value of 20 gaps per Mb.
The deformation ratio of EVA is highest and significantly determines the degree of variation of gap between solar cells.
We calculated the strand-specificity, coefficient of variation, duplication rate, gap rate, ribosomal RNA rate, exonic rate, insert size, and GC content of each aligned set of reads [Additional file 4].
