Further insights into displacement and return migration experiences would clearly be gained through supplementary qualitative methods.
These results show that males do not invest the energy gained by supplementary feeding into maintaining or establishing energy reserves.
Sensitivity analysis for TST test characteristics over a range of 0.46 0.86 for specificity and 0.65 0.74 for sensitivity 15 suggests that IGRA remains the optimal strategy with costs of £354 £31 069 and £10 385–£16 484 per healthy life year gained, respectively (supplementary table 5).
