The word "g" is considered a valid word in the English language.
It is often used as an abbreviation or shorthand for the word "gram" (as in, "1g of sugar"), or as a shortened version of the word "great" (e.g. "That's g news!").
Among pundits, policy discussions have already begun to reflect this: the distributional effects of possible policy changes are beginning to be discussed in terms of how the policy might shift r or g (or s, the savings rate, or other key variables).And fourth, "Capital", by dint of its extraordinary success, has created a focal point for an important discussion.
So why is it so difficult for many western governments – ours included, Israel's included – to use the "g" word when it comes to Armenia?
