'further views' is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
You can use it to express the idea of additional or supplemental opinions or perspectives on something. For example, "Further views on the topic emerged after the public hearing."
The document says that no final decision has been taken and the consultation is to "gather further views and evidence on the advantages and disadvantages" of a ban.
