In addition the proximity of Osteoglossomorpha clade to that of basal teleost clades in our study further supports the position of osteoglossids among the early branches of living teleosts' stem lineages (see e.g. [ 41]) The placement of goldeneye and butterfly fish was different in osteoglossid cladograms produced earlier on the basis of morphological data [ 41- 46].
The location of the B. distachyon Acc1 and CEN orthologues on chromosomes 5 and 4, respectively, is consistent with known macrosynteny between the Triticeae cereals, Poeae grasses and B. distachyon [ 64, 65, 65, 69] and further supports the positioning of these loci on different homoeologous groups within tall fescue.
These results further support the integral role of the Trp275 position in K2P2.1 (TREK-1) gating and the key role of the extracellular proximal portion of M4.
To further support the formation of stable representations the starting positions remained constant for each day of the experiment.
This conclusion is further supported by the position of the Ethiopian calvarium known as Daka in the analysis, where it emerges as part of the H. ergaster cluster along with OH9 and other African specimens (Figure 2).
This observation further supports the conclusion that position E2-162 does not affect CHIKV infectivity for Ae. albopictus.
Further supporting this position is that while the CCSM document stresses the need to connect practice and content standards within teaching (p. 8), it suggests also that content standards containing the word 'understand' provide particularly fertile ground for such integration.
In addition, according to the data from the cell protection and SPR assays, both M1 and M2 mutants, which contain the L56A mutation, had a striking increase in protective ability and PA binding affinity, further supporting the important role of position 56 in determining PA-binding affinity.
