We further developed this methodology to visualise the spatial localisation of two mature miRNAs, miR-127 and miR-154, in primary AML suspension cells and thus we confirmed their high expression in APMLs as measured by real-time PCR.
The successful metabolic profiling of such tissue, as evidenced by the high reproducibility and number of metabolites detected, further demonstrates the robustness of our pipeline and developed methodologies.
If further developed, the adopted methodology may assist in safety related decision making and policy analysis.
In the present study, we further developed this systematic methodology by analyzing the correlations for cross-sample comparisons between the expression profiles for glycan-related genes and the expression profiles for various glycans, as determined by specific lectin binding (Figure 1).
Computer display technology is used as the case study to further develop our methodology through the modification and integration of various quality management tools (e.g., process mapping, prioritization matrix) and statistical methods (e.g., multi-attribute analysis, cluster analysis).
