Unfortunately, non-fundamental technical issues make this a non-trivial project: the various components (HDF5, Python, Jupyter) have different and conflicting requirements and restrictions concerning concurrency.
"They're facing some fundamental and technical issues that are not wholly applicable to the Alltel spinoff," says David Barden, telecom analyst for Banc of America Securities.
