Our observation that potentially valuable and functional rounds can be performed in a minimum of time and without use of an extensive script, in contrast to that described by O'Leary and Stein [ 10, 11], suggest that better understanding of the optimal design and content of IDR might be gained through comparative studies of the two approaches.
