For prediction of the biological function of respective gene profiles, we matched functionally related gene groups to the known pathways by pathway analysis using DAVID linked with KEGG.
In order to investigate the biological functions the gene profile of the 200 genes derived from the Backward Elimination was analyzed, using the Ingenuity Pathway Analysis software, IPA, (Ingenuity Systems, Inc. Mountain View, USA).
