What relevant skills have you gained from your degree?
Any job where there is a chance you'll make use of skills and knowledge gained from your degree can be regarded as a graduate job.
But the breadth of knowledge and skills you will acquire from your degree will also qualify you for jobs outside the lab.
Whether you play ultimate frisbee or chess boxing, find something you can pick up and put down that totally distracts you and is completely different from your degree.
Or perhaps offer the research skills from your degree to a local charity who might jump at the chance to commission a short project and give you more of an insight into social research.
