The different isolates obtained from garganey from the Inner Niger Delta also indicate that various subtypes are circulating at the same time in a population, a finding that agrees with patterns observed in Europe and North America (11, 13 ).
We also performed a meta-analysis of two additional published microarray datasets from breast cancer cell lines of various subtypes [ 29] as well as from metastatic variants of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells [ 23].
