The reduced potentials from our analytic model and from image charges are indistinguishable for, see also Fig. 4. It is also instructive to plot the relative deviation between the dimensionally hybrid potential which follows from (20) and the potential (23) from image charges.
Data on Sikkim were missing in 1992 and data from Tripura were missing in 1998, therefore we excluded these states from our analytic sample.
Causation, therefore, cannot be inferred from our analytic approach.
Those excluded from our analytic sample because they did not have adiponectin measured were more likely to have died.
Figure 6 also shows that the simulation results are consistent with the results from our analytic model (eqn A4, additional file 2).
Since the percent missing in our data was low and the cohort size was much larger than a conventional orthopedic study [ 3], we re-analyzed our data using a sample of 200 randomly selected patients from our analytic dataset.
