An ROI of the PMd was derived from a connectivity-based parcellation of the lateral premotor cortex (Tomassini et al., 2007), and was masked by the group mean RSN mask.
The test would produce a ranking of chemicals in a way similar to the results from a connectivity-mapping query, with the difference that the chemicals are represented by gene sets derived from the literature instead of gene expression signatures from a reference database.
