The phrase "friend in" is not a complete sentence and is not grammatically correct.
It would need to be part of a larger sentence for it to make sense. For example, you could say "I have a friend in New York" or "My best friend in college was always there for me." In both of these examples, "friend in" is used to describe the location or context of the friendship.
