In general, those CHWs supervised by a research team were visited more often than those visited by public health workers; in some cases this finding was as frequent as two or three times a week.
Spelling errors were frequent as well.
The first model including the "proportion" variables for the five most common ICD 9 diagnoses was statistically significant with a χ2 value of 278.3 (7 degrees of freedom, N = 15806, p < 0.01) indicating the model was able to distinguish between frequently readmitted and patients not frequently readmitted based on the definition of frequent admissions as three or more.
The fourth was a combination of scenarios one and three (i.e., frequent re-exposure, though not as frequent as scenario three, within 300 days followed by a single re-exposure at 900 days after initial infection).
