"frequency use" is not a correct phrase in standard English.
It is unclear what you are trying to say with this phrase. If you are trying to talk about how often something is used, you could say "frequency of use" or "usage frequency." Here is an example sentence: "The frequency of use for this product has increased significantly in the past year."
