The PCA3 gene (25 kb – Fig 1A), which is differentially spliced, has a high frequency of termination codons in all reading frames that suggested it was a non-coding RNA (ncRNA).
For the group of pairs of all other DMARDs (n = 69), there was no significant difference between original and re-employed courses in the frequency of termination due to ineffectiveness (62.3% concordant; P = 0.56, by McNemar test) or adverse events (76.8% concordant; P = 0.45).
In all cases, however, the substitution mutations reduced the frequency of termination-reinitiation events, albeit to a lesser extent with the 3' complementary extension mutant (Figure 3A).
When the natural termination site was changed such that termination now took place 13 or 15 amino acids downstream, the frequency of termination-reinitiation was also reduced, to 25 49% of the wild-type level.
Examination of the kinetics of synthesis of the two ORFs (Figure 7d) reveals that in all cases, the frequency of termination-reinitiation at early time points was higher than that seen at the steady state.
Replacement of nucleotides into the 6.4 deletion mutant had no effect with the first of the mutants (6.4r1), but some recovery was observed in the second of these mutants (6.4r2), albeit the frequency of termination-reinitiation was diminished compared to that of the wild-type mRNA (Figure 1B).
To estimate the frequency of alternative termination, a subset of 5,145 contigs was properly aligned in their 5' to 3' orientation.
There were no between-group differences in rates of parental death or death of a sibling, nor in frequency of relationship termination between the parents, life events that reflect shared environmental stressors.
Males were much less likely than females to terminate male-female associations during the trials (t = 7.093, df = 27.94, p < 0.0001), and the frequency of male terminations did not differ significantly between the female diet treatments (t = -1.15, df = 22.44, p = 0.26).

Although homozygous Ler DNA at both FHE2 and FHE3 was not absolutely essential for stem cell termination, such plants showed a higher frequency of stem cell termination (10±4%4% n = 554) in the BC5F3 compared to any other combination of FHE2/FHE3 DNA (Table 2).
