"frequency indicate" is not a correct or usable part of a sentence in written English
"Frequency" is a noun, and "indicate" is a verb, so they cannot be used together without a connector such as "of" (e.g. "frequency of indication"). You can use "frequency" and "indicate" in a sentence together if you use them in their correct forms, such as "The frequency of the alarm indicates that it goes off every hour." or "His low heart rate indicates a low frequency of exercise."
