I wrap meats tightly in heavy-duty freezer paper or plastic freezer wrap and seal the openings with freezer tape.
Label the freezer paper they wrapped the pieces of meat in for each section's use: roast, steak, soup, burger — which they ground and mixed with beef fat before freezing — and the best part, tenderloin.
Those on a budget can simply cut fabric, like cotton or muslin, narrow enough to fit into a printer and then either iron the material onto the shiny side of a sheet of freezer paper or affix it to card stock using a glue stick.
3. Tape the stencil to a sheet of kitchen grade freezer paper.
Then cut it out from the freezer paper - remember that the parts that you cut out will be solid once painted on.
Pull off your freezer paper.
Iron the freezer paper onto the fabric.
Wrap the frozen fish in freezer paper.
