"fraudulent interference" is correct and usable in written English
You can use it when you want to refer to someone taking some type of action to disrupt a process, such as a person trying to interfere in a business deal. For example: "The suspect was accused of fraudulent interference when he attempted to disrupt the business negotiations between two companies."
