This model formulation is in line with many other regression-based methods targeting time-series gene expression data [ 3, 28, 35, 48, 49].
These formulations are in line with the conditioned risk questions as discussed by Brewer and colleagues in their recent meta-analysis of the relation between risk perception and influenza vaccination [ 15].
As is discussed below, this formulation is better in line with Amara's reproducibility criterion as well as with the Futures Map frame of [15].
The antiproliferative activity of CTet formulated with γ-CD, first evaluated in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 [ 21], was confirmed in this study in two additional breast cancer cell lines (BT-474 and BT-20), showing that CTet is able to inhibit cell proliferation about 10-fold more than the first formulation in all cell lines tested.
As was found with the ARPE-19 cell line, the C20-20/DOPE C20-20/DOPE outperformulationcoutperformed Chol formulathen in the D407 correspondingpplementary Figure S1).
The correct treatment of the line profile, however, requires that the difference formulation in the core of the line be mixed with the standard formulation in the wings, and this may limit the advantage of the method.
Toxicity was also found to increase with increasing incubation period, in line with the formulations for reference lipids DC-Chol and EPC.
Additionally the SQ-LNS formulation used in the SHINE Trial has increased levels of energy, fat, linoleic acid, α-linoleic acid, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium, and manganese in line with the iLiNS formulation [ 19] (Table 1 in Supplementary Appendix).
