Do they actually take the time to care about what they say, to process what's actually happening, to formulate a thought or opinion and share it, out loud?
I was recently speaking with a friend who explained that every result in life begins with a question: that is, we ask a question (what do I want to eat?), formulate a thought to answer said question (I want to eat healthily), take an action based on that thought (I'm going to buy a salad), and that action, when repeated enough times, turns into a result (I'm healthy).
