By December 1971 Pakistan's forces were defeated.In the process however, there were many more massacres, retaliatory killings and a host of other forms of score-settling, such as between Bengalis and "Biharis", non-Bengali Muslims who had moved to the territory during India's partition in 1947.
These are games that resist conventional forms of scoring; their relationships to nature and to gravity are less about overcoming and dominating and more about working with them.
Our analyses identified a number of factors which gave rise to these two forms of scoring.
In the next sections of the paper, we characterise these factors in more detail and show how they gave rise to the two different forms of scoring.
Our data collection was confined to the process of scoring standardised measures within MDT meetings and we recognise that other forms of scoring measures, particularly those used by individual clinicians, were missed.
This involved (1) looking at the scores themselves to identify which items were more likely to be questioned, give rise to uncertainty or require a group discussion to agree on a score and which were not and (2) exploring when the two forms of scoring occurred within the MDT meetings depending on the contextual factors identified within the interviews.

"Yes-No" or Approval Voting is a form of Score Voting (also called "range" voting, as a numerical value may be assigned to each candidate - e.g., -1,0,+1 or 0-9).
Such weaknesses may be of particular importance with the additive model, since the number of items has an important influence on the final measurement properties of the questionnaire, especially with respect to reliability, and the form of score distribution (i. e., significant ceiling and floor effects) [ 12].
