Using "Endometrial Cancer" and "Endometrium Carcinoma" as search terms, we searched the PubMed database for article abstracts published before March 2014 and formatted the documents that were obtained.
One, called the Ruler, is used for formatting the document; it controls such features as paragraph indents, margins, line spacing and alignment (like flush left or center).
Many of these format from familiar word processing programs, or you can hire someone to format the document for you.
This will prevent you from editing the document, so be sure to do this after you have finished writing, editing, and formatting the document.
If multiple people at once are reading your SOP (those in different roles), you should format the document more like a conversation in a play: user 1 completes an action, followed by user 2, and so on and so forth.
In these cases, we expect the author to provide some assistance, either by doing the conversion themselves or by reimbursing the SEP for the extra time its document editors must spend converting and formatting the documents in HTML.
