The phase behaviour and the structure formation of solutions of poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether) (PPE) in cyclohexanol and decalin have been studied.
This includes the knowledge and ability to calculate, monitor, and change the formation of solutions and phases, rate of the reactions, and handling of reaction products in the most efficient way.
On the other hand, when (u=0), system (1.3) and (1.4) reduces to the classical Keller-Segel chemotaxis model [2 4], which received many studies [5 11] on well-posedness and pattern formation of solutions.
Such a pathway would result in formation of solution-phase malto-oligosaccharides directly from insoluble starch granules without the intermediacy of soluble branched and linear glucans.
However, the stable upper branch can develop instabilities as the threshold is decreased leading to the formation of solutions that break the rotational symmetry [ 32, 39], see below.
