In most tournament formats, decks are required to be a minimum of sixty cards, with no upper limit.
Unfortunately, most studies using the four-deck format were focused on the "prominent deck B" or "sunken deck C" phenomenon, and thus the Iowa group's "sunken" deck B (nearly equal to deck A) [ 5] appears unlikely to appear in any future studies, though notably one relatively recent study did contain such observations.
A growing number of studies utilized a four-deck format and showed that numerous participants prefer deck B to A [ 25- 28].

If you are trying a new portion format, try the deck out a few times.
Dunn et al. [ 14] sampled 38 IGT related studies to demonstrate that only five studies [ 18, 19, 23, 25, 53] utilized the "four-deck format" to display their findings (i.e., the number of card turnings for each deck over a total of 100 trials being shown separately).
