Health centres and district hospital form a contractor provider network for UCS members through contractual arrangement with the National Health Security Office.
It also includes an online form where contractors can request phones, credit cards and driver kits for those it gets signed up.
It's titled the California 1099 Self-Organizing Act — 1099 being the annual tax form independent contractors are supposed to receive from the entity paying them, such as Uber.
Intuit Online Payroll, formerly PayCycle, simplifies the task of having her corporation pay her a salary and prepare IRS 1099 forms for contractors.
But the most valuable piece of the business ended up being the company's tax reporting, allowing businesses to easily generate 1099 tax forms for contractors.

"The standard form contract used by most contractors is silent about who is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations," he said.
Businesses are already required to provide a 1099 Form for independent contractors.
