The more closely evolution is monitored in real time, the more incisive and useful will be the process and the results, both for organizing observations and for forecasting developments and outcomes of practical significance (e.g., Fenner 1983; Yoshida et al. 2003; Merlo et al. 2006; Bell and Gonzalez 2009).
Based on current research on DCFC fuels, we forecast development trends and key issues relating to DCFC fuels.
As well as collecting data, the UNWTO monitors trends, analyses and forecasts development, which is provided for the first time as Tourism Market Trend files in xls.
It is shown that the three methods for calculating the value impact render different results suggesting that the use of a single method to assess forecast development scenarios, whether cost or value-based methods, may be misleading and that the holistic approach proposed is more realistic.
Then a new algorithm to forecast development indexes is derived on the basis of the new relationship above, the new water flooding characteristic curve and the production decline law using Welge equation in which there are many parameters including time, water cut, the average water saturation and the oil recovery that can be used to evaluate the recoverable reserve.
The equations of water-flooding curves and relative permeability curves are obtained with multiple correlation method which can be used to forecast development performance, for example, water cut shown as Fig. 4, in the ultra-high water cut stage combined with the production decline curve shown as Eq. (19).
The attempt to forecast developments in the area has been pursued without constraints connected with the availability of funds and considering potential industrial benefits or interests.
Both also forecast developments that would enable democratization of ratings: rather than having to rely on a single-source assessment, parents would be empowered to choose among competing reviews, finding the one(s) that suited their values.
Forecast developments in the feed grain markets (including coarse grains) are consistent with expected rising meat production, especially pork and beef, and dairy output.
