The same ideas are used to steer automatically large tankers transporting crude oil, for which even slight gains in efficiency result in large financial savings.
With the exception of TGH-coated CdTe QDs, for which a slight decrease in the PL linewidth is observed with reflux time, the QDs exhibit broader size distributions and lower quantum yields for prolonged reaction times.
This average result could be due to the quality of the scoring functions, but also to the quality of the crystal structures for which the slight optimization may not be sufficient to satisfy the scoring functions energy criteria.
We found a 100% concordance between qRT-PCR and Affymetrix data with respect to the direction of the expression changes of all genes but Col4a1, for which a slight up-regulation instead of down-regulation was observed at 2 days of age (Fig. 2).
