The time needed for volume-analysis (Table 3) was significantly (p < 0.0001) shorter using 4D-AutLVQ™ (145 ± 57 sec) compared to 4D-TomTec™ (215 ± 46 sec).
The software used for blood volume analysis originates from SPECT and has not been validated for synthetic PET blood volume images, but seems to provide reasonable results.
