Running in local elections for such offices as school board member, city council member or mayor.
Under the court's view, the mere grant of power to the students to vote for such offices, in light of the fear that those elected might publicly pray, violates the establishment clause.
'The power to establish postoffices and to create courts within the states was conferred upon the Federal government; included in it was authority to obtain sites for such offices and for courthouses, and to obtain them by such means as were known and appropriate.
Aside from these adjudications, I am clear, as a matter of principle, that an office to which a salary is attached is, as between two contestants for such office, to be considered a matter of property.
None of these innovations, however, turned out to be of much use when the buildings first opened – given that, at the time, there was precious little demand for such office space in Lower Manhattan at all.

In fact, Florida Statutes, Section 102.168, outlines an entire process by which "the certification of election or nomination of any person to office, or of the result on any question submitted by referendum, may be contested in the circuit court by any unsuccessful candidate for such office or nomination thereto or by any elector qualified to vote in the election related to such candidacy".
Requiring a majority of the total number of voters on election day would also be in some tension with §1422a, which provides for removal of a Governor or Lieutenant Governor upon the vote of at least two-thirds of the total number of persons who actually voted for such office, not the total number who went to the polls.
With respect to the two offices whose terms are prescribed by law to expire on March 1 , 1994 the term for each of such offices immediately after that date shall expire on January 31 , 2000
Their receptivity, however, has not included what I think is an absolute necessity: implementing a special envoy office for Roma, just as there exist such offices for anti-Semitism and disabilities.
With respect to the three offices whose terms are prescribed by law to expire on March 26 , 1992 the term for each such office immediately after that date shall expire on January 31 , 1998
