The phrase "for example again" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used when reiterating a previous example or providing a new one after having already given an example.
Example: "Many fruits are rich in vitamins; for example again, oranges are known for their high vitamin C content."
Alternatives: "for instance once more" or "as another example".
In cities further down the line of gentrification – Berlin (for example, again), Barcelona, Hobart, San Francisco, much of Brooklyn – activists talk about Airbnb displacing people.
