In real time operation, the power output of a wind farm is determined by the power output of each WTG for time t, which can be obtained as: WP_{i} (t) = sumlimits_{l = 1}^{{n_{i}^{w} }} {wp_{li} (t)} (2 where n i w is the number of WTGs in the wind farm at bus i.
