An overview study for assessing the feasibility of using organic compounds as hydrogen carriers is conducted.
Following an information campaign, local consultation, exhaustive informed consent process and screening, 255 adult volunteers between 18 and 35 years were enrolled to the trial (refer to Figure 1 for an overview of study recruitment).
