Deletions within the long arm of chromosome 5 are the most frequent cytogenetic changes in MDS accounting for roughly 30% of abnormal cases [ 1, 2, 3].
For HSIL, it was assumed that 90% of cases would undergo biopsy, but overall 49.6% of abnormal cases referred for colposcopy also underwent biopsy, as reported by GISCi [ 11].
The proportion of abnormal cases was 37% and 46% for the dyslexia and APD groups, respectively.
For categorical data and abnormal levels of variables studied, the prevalence of abnormal cases with confidence intervals is reported.
