For this purpose we used a subset of 10,000 SNP markers randomly selected from the whole dataset by applying the following thresholds: call rate 95%, MAF 5%.
Three dummies are defined according to the following thresholds: 0 59 minutes, 60 119 minutes and 120 minutes or more, which we used as the reference category.
