Time to new treatment was the time between inclusion and start of second line chemotherapy following progression or follow-up as of July 1 , 2014
As more HRQoL assessments were conducted up to the time of progression, and fewer at follow-up visit(s) following progression, limited data were available on the health state of patients with progression; this is a common limitation of this type of analysis.
The thermocycling program was comprised of an initial denaturing step of 98°C for 30 seconds, followed by 25 cycles of the following progression: 98°C for 10 seconds, 65°C, 62°C, 59°C, 56°C, 53°C, 50°C, 47°C, 44°C, 41°C for 30 seconds each, and 72°C for 30 seconds.
